Refund and Return Policy

At Yanarie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription box. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us at info@yanarie.com and we will work with you to make it right.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to replace it for you. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

If you wish to return an item for any other reason, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused and in its original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed once it has been received. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
